EMLID REACH RS2+

Multi-band RTK GNSS receiver with centimeter-level accuracy for surveying, mapping and navigation.

The package includes the Emlid Reach RS2+ Topographic GPS, the carrying case with shoulder strap, the radio antenna and the USB Type-C cable.

Emlid Reach RS2+ it's a RTK global positioning system which provides accuracy up to a few centimeters. It uses a combination of signals GPS/QZSS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo to provide global coverage and fast RTK convergence.
The 868/915 MHz LoRa radio antenna enables connectivity up to 8 km in a base-rover system, while the low-power LTE modem with 2G/3G fallback ensures global coverage.

Data logging and connectivity

Emlid Reach RS2+ has 16 GB of internal memory for recording data in RINEX format, with an update rate of up to 10 Hz. Connectivity is ensured by the LoRa UHF radio, the LTE modems low power consumption, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0/2.1 EDR, and communication is made possible via RS-232 and USB Type-C ports. The system supports NTRIP and VRS data protocols and works with RTCM3.

Resistant design and autonomy

Emlid Reach RS2+ is designed to withstand the most extreme environmental conditions, with an IP67 protection that makes it waterproof and dustproof. The 6400 mAh LiFePO4 battery guarantees a 22-hour autonomy on a single charge and 16 hours as an RTK LTE rover low energy consumption.

TPad: the application for detection

The TPad field topographic software It can be used on all Android devices and allows you to detect and track points in real time. It is equipped with many functions all managed in a real Topographic CAD : lines, arcs, circles, texts, photos, videos, layers.
With TPad, you can overlay cadastral or satellite maps on your survey, measure and trace points, calculate new points with the CoGo functions, measure hidden points or building edges with the “point by intersection” function, you can export and view your survey on Google Earth and much more.
