Neptune 4 comes with Klipper firmware pre-installed, paired with a 1.5GHz 64-bit ARM quad-core processor for faster command processing. This allows the printer to reach speeds of up to 500mm/s, making it one of the fastest in its class. Additionally, the 8GB ROM provides ample storage capacity for fast data access, improving overall printing efficiency. Advanced features such as input shaping reduce mechanical vibration, eliminating common artifacts such as aneisms, ghosting or rippling, while the pressure advance function ensures a constant material flow for smoother prints.

Powerful extrusion and updated hotend

The Neptune 4 features a dual-gear direct extruder with a 5.2:1 gear ratio for smooth, consistent filament extrusion. This setup provides reliable material discharge while reducing extruder weight by 75% compared to the Neptune 3 Pro. The bimetallic copper-titanium throat tube improves heat dissipation, preventing nozzle clogging. With a nozzle capable of reaching temperatures of up to 300°C, the Neptune 4 is compatible with high-temperature filaments such as nylon, ABS, and ASA (3D printer casing recommended for use with ABS/ASA).

Unmatched heat dissipation performance

The Neptune 4 is designed with an advanced cooling system. It features two thicker 4015 ball bearing cooling fans on the sides of the print head, along with four auxiliary 4020 ball bearing fans on the back. This multi-directional cooling system ensures rapid cooling of newly printed layers, allowing for better results with overhangs and bridges, even when printing at high speeds.

Stable and silent printing

Neptune 4 delivers stable, precise and silent printing with silent drivers on all axes, reducing noise to less than 50dB. Wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels ensure smooth and precise movement, contributing to quieter operation. The dual leadscrew and dual motor design on the Z-axis provide improved synchronization, ensuring greater precision and stability during prints.
