The DJI DB2160 Air-Cooled Heat Sink is designed to make power management of DB2160 batteries more efficient and stable during farming operations. The system blows cooling air onto the battery, helping keep it within the ideal thermal window for charging and improving operational continuity when switching between multiple batteries.
In the charging ecosystem, the flow is simple: the charging cable connects to the heat sink and, once the battery is placed in the holder, charging can begin in an orderly fashion with compatible devices (e.g. C12000 Intelligent Power Supply).
The structure is designed for field use and transport: the integrated design increases robustness and reduces the need for assembly before use. During operational use, the charging cable must be removed from the heat sink during transport with the battery connected; furthermore, it should never be stepped on to remove the battery.
