DJI Care Refresh Plan 1 An (Mini 2 SE & Mini 4K)

DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements for an additional cost.

Replacement with DJI Care Refresh costs €32 and Flyaway €119 (To be eligible for Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and the remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app)

If this binding transaction has not been completed prior to experiencing a flyaway accident, Flyaway coverage cannot be utilized.

Please note : DJI Care Refresh products, as digital products, are not refundable after receiving the activation code via email.

It offers two replacements in one year at a minimal cost and covers different types of accidents, to always keep you calm.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• New and unactivated product;
• Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.

Currently, DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. When you purchase DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate it and pair it with your applicable DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For any replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
