Warning: DJI Care Refresh products, being digital products, are non-refundable after receiving the activation code via email.

It offers two replacements within one year for a minimal cost and covers various types of accidents, to keep you always worry-free.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• New and unactivated product;
• Handheld device activated within 30 days.

Currently, the DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with instructions on how to activate and bind it to the relevant DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same purchase region.

4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
