The Creality Falcon A1C 5W with AI Camera is a compact, fully enclosed laser engraver designed for everyday engraving and creative projects. This grey-purple version includes an integrated HD camera for assisted positioning, material recognition, and intelligent layout functions. Auto-focus and a smart lifting platform simplify setup on a 150 × 150 mm engraving area, with a maximum working height of 148 mm. The included 5W diode module is complemented by an interchangeable 10W diode module, available separately.

5W Diode Module for Everyday Engraving

This configuration includes the 5W blue diode laser module, which Creality recommends for everyday engraving, light creative projects and basic DIY work. The 5W module can be used to engrave materials such as wood, bamboo, paper, cork, cardboard, stone, leather, glass, and fabric.

The laser module can be replaced without tools. The Falcon A1C also supports the optional 10W diode module for projects that require higher cutting performance. The 10W module is sold separately.

AI-Assisted Camera Positioning

The integrated HD camera supports camera-assisted positioning and material recognition. The work area is displayed in Falcon Design Space, allowing you to position designs directly onto the visible material before engraving.

AI Smart Fill & Layout technology automatically detects identical materials and applies an optimised layout for batch engraving. This can make batch engraving up to 60% faster.

AI-Assisted Design Tools

Falcon Design Space includes several tools for preparing images and engraving projects. AI Contour Extraction detects colours and separates image elements into vector layers, while AI Background Removal identifies object edges and creates transparent images.

AI Filter Lab can convert images into different styles, and the mobile app supports AI One-Tap engraving. You can upload a photograph or take one with your phone and convert it into an engraving-ready style, with the image and material settings already set up in the app.

Additional features include a material testing array for testing different speed and power combinations, cloud-based file storage, and the Intelligent Split & Fill function for splitting large projects into connected sections and arranging them efficiently.

True Auto-Focus and Smart Lifting Platform

True auto-focus eliminates the need for manual focal length setting. Once the material is positioned, the machine automatically adjusts the platform to the required working height.

The Falcon A1C offers a 150 × 150 mm engraving area and supports a maximum working height of 148 mm. It is suitable for making keychains, coasters, nameplates, small gift items, and other compact desktop projects.

Stable, Detailed Engraving

The Falcon A1C achieves a maximum working speed of up to 15,000 mm/min. Its rigid structure is designed to reduce vibration during operation, while precise and smooth motion ensures sharper and more uniform engraved lines.

The precision laser spot of the diode module is designed to produce sharper lines and finer details on compatible materials.

Class 1 Fully Enclosed Design

The Falcon A1C has a Class 1 fully enclosed design that blocks harmful laser exposure while keeping the work area visible. Safety glasses are not required during normal use in the fully enclosed configuration.

Integrated safety features include intelligent flame detection, tip-over protection, and a USB safety lock.

Software and Multi-Device Control

The Falcon A1C can be operated via Falcon Design Space on a Windows or macOS computer, or through the mobile app. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity and is also compatible with LightBurn.

Falcon Design Space offers a real-time preview interface, while mobile and desktop options allow you to prepare and control projects across different devices.

Optional Accessories and Maintenance

Optional accessories include rotary kits for cylindrical and round objects, an air purifier, an exhaust fan, and a flexible fixture for irregularly shaped objects.

The quick-release fan design is intended to simplify routine cleaning and maintenance.
