10W Diode Module for Engraving and Cutting

This configuration includes the 10W blue diode laser module, which Creality recommends for users who plan to do more cutting. The 10W module offers superior cutting performance and is recommended for wood cutting and general DIY projects, while also supporting detailed engraving.

The diode laser can be used to engrave compatible materials, including wood, bamboo, paper, cork, cardboard, stone, leather, glass, and fabric. The laser module can be replaced without tools.

AI-Assisted Camera Positioning

The built-in HD camera supports camera-assisted positioning and material recognition. The work area is displayed in Falcon Design Space, allowing you to position designs directly onto the visible material before engraving.

AI Smart Fill & Layout automatically detects identical materials and applies an optimized layout for batch engraving. This can make batch engraving up to 60% faster.

AI-Assisted Design Tools

Falcon Design Space includes several tools for preparing images and engraving projects. AI Contour Extraction detects colors and separates image elements into vector layers, while AI Background Removal identifies object edges and creates transparent images. AI Filter Lab can convert images into different styles, and the mobile app supports AI One-Tap Engraving. You can upload a photograph or take one with your phone and convert it into an engraving-ready style, such as a line drawing or illustration. The software optimizes the image and applies appropriate material settings.

Additional features include a material test array for testing different speed and power combinations, cloud-based file storage, and an Intelligent Split & Fill function for breaking large projects into connected sections and arranging them efficiently.

The AI Support Assistant provides a suggested solution when the system detects a warning. The Craftseek project library also offers thousands of free projects that can be downloaded and used as a starting point for new designs.

Class 1 Fully-Enclosed Design

The Falcon A1C has a Class 1 fully-enclosed design that blocks harmful laser exposure while keeping the work area visible. Protective goggles are not required during normal operation in the fully-enclosed setup.

Integrated safety features include intelligent flame detection, tip-over protection, and a USB safety lock.

Intuitive Software and Multi-Device Control

The Falcon A1C is designed with an intuitive workflow, ideal even for beginners, combining visual positioning, AI-powered tools, and user-friendly software. Falcon Design Space is available free of charge and provides an intuitive interface with real-time preview.

The machine can be operated via Falcon Design Space on a computer running Windows 10 or later, a computer running macOS 11 or later, or through the mobile app. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity and is also compatible with LightBurn.
