Compatibility:

• To use this consumable in an Epsilon or Sigma D25, make sure you have the Epsilon Flexible Printing Surface Upgrade Kit (Textured) .
• Users with self-calibration will be able to use this flexible print surface. If your printer doesn't have auto-calibration and you still want to use this product, you'll need to remove the flexible print surface each time you perform a bed calibration.
  
  

Considerations:

• In our latest version of Stratos, 2.0, users will need to select the flexible print surface option when splitting a print job. This In our knowledge base article, we explain all the details on how to install and configure it. The new flexible print surface is available as an upgrade kit, which includes float glass with a magnetic sheet and a flexible surface, or as a consumable, which includes the flexible surface only.
• When performing an XY calibration, users must remove the flexible surface and place the original borosilicate glass to achieve accurate and reliable calibration.
• The flexible surface is not compatible with metal filaments due to their significant thermal contraction. Therefore, genuine borosilicate glass is essential for optimal performance.
• This is a consumable part that wears out over time at a rate that depends on the material, cleaning routine, and printing temperature.
