BASF ULTRAFUSE TPU 85A NATUREL - 1.75MM - 750G

Ultrafuse TPU 85A has excellent hydrolysis resistance and good low temperature flexibility, resistance to microbiological attack, good wear performance, high tensile strength, good damping behavior.

TPU 95A ultrafuse

Building on BASF's decades of experience in flexible materials, this material is based on the proven Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethane, synonymous with maximum reliability, consistent product quality, and cost efficiency. Thanks to its exceptional abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for applications subject to wear. Parts molded with this material are characterized by high elongation at break, excellent layer adhesion, and good resistance to oils and industrial chemicals.

Tips and Tricks

• Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C
• Bed temperature: 40°C
• Build chamber temperature: closed, passively heated chamber
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4mm
• Bed Modification: Adheres to different types of print beds (preferably glass)
• Printing speed: 15-40 mm/s
