BASF ULTRAFUSE TPS 90A - BLANC NATUREL - 750g

Ultrafuse TPS 90A is an elastomer based on SEBS raw material. Compared to other flexible 3D printing materials, it has a soft, rubber-like feel and better anti-slip properties. In addition, the material has low moisture absorption, which allows printing without pre-drying.

TPS 90A Ultrafuse

Ultrafuse TPS 90A has been specially developed for fused filament manufacturing and offers an exceptionally soft surface feel. Ultrafuse TPS 90A offers a soft, non-slip touch, giving it a unique tactile sensation in fused filament manufacturing. The material’s characteristics include low moisture absorption and convincing layer adhesion, which creates the special smooth surface that makes it the perfect choice for appliance handles as well as gaskets and seals in small series.

• Nozzle temperature: 260-280°C
• Bed temperature: 70-90 °C
• Build chamber temperature: Passively heated
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4mm

• Printing speed: 10-30mm/s
