The Aura3D A5 is a next-generation pellet 3D printer designed for industrial production and rapid prototyping. Thanks to the CoreXY structure, the A5 can reach exceptional print speeds of up to 600mm/s even with advanced engineering materials. The printer is ideal for those who need large build volumes (up to 530x530x530mm) and maximum flexibility in using materials, including PP, PA-CF, PC-CF, and PEEK, thanks to the extruder and nozzle capable of working at temperatures up to 450°C.
Compared to traditional methods such as FDM and injection molding, the Aura3D solution offers significantly faster production times, lower costs, and the ability to create complex, lightweight components without the need for expensive molds. This makes it perfect for custom production or small batches, such as in the automotive or manufacturing sectors. The next-generation extrusion system ensures a consistent and reliable material flow even with technical and reinforced pellets. Intelligent pellet loading management and an intuitive touchscreen further simplify use, even in industrial environments.
