Aliencell X1 is a diode laser with a large working area of approximately 610 × 475 mm, designed to handle both unique prototypes and production batches with reduced cycle times. It supports 20 W, 40 W, and 60 W optical modules, allowing you to choose between maximum detail finesse, general balance, or aggressive cutting on thick materials like wood and acrylic. The mechanics, with acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s² and speed up to 600 mm/s, combined with advanced motion stabilization, maintain sharp lines and uniform fills even at very high speeds.

The 8 MP AI dual camera system covers the entire bed, offering real-time preview and distortion correction, making job positioning simple and precise even on multiple pieces. The automatic autofocus module manages Z-focus quickly and repeatably, reducing manual errors and setup times. The 6.86" touchscreen with an integrated operating system and internal memory allows you to start and monitor jobs directly from the machine, even without a PC, while Wi-Fi, LAN, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity integrate easily into your workflow with LightBurn and Aliencell Space.

Compatible with over 300 materials, Aliencell X1 engraves and cuts wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, leather, cardboard, and fabrics, and can mark materials such as stone, anodized aluminum, treated steel, and slate. The high modulation frequency (up to 20 kHz) allows for very soft gradients and legible small text, ideal for photo-engraving, detailed logos, and personalized gadget production.

Safety and Certifications

The fully enclosed frame with filtered windows and interlocks on the openings transforms the internal laser system (potentially class 4) into a product usable as a class 1 device when all protections are intact and closed, reducing the risk of direct and diffuse beam exposure.
