Laser cutting and engraving generate fine dust, fumes, and chemical byproducts such as VOCs and formaldehyde. The SafetyPro AP2 Max addresses this problem with a powerful multi-layer filtration system, including a dedicated formaldehyde filter that breaks down harmful molecules into harmless water and CO₂.

Intelligent pre-filtration with cyclones

A distinctive feature is the SuperCyclone separation system. The AP2 Max is equipped with 72 cyclones that use centrifugal force to expel larger particles before they reach the main filter. This reduces clogging and extends filter life up to tenfold. The cyclones are washable and reusable, making maintenance simple and cost-effective.

Certified tranquility

Safety and performance are SGS certified. Tests confirm 99.99% removal of PM2.5, 99.97% removal at 0.3 µm, and effective elimination of VOCs. In practical tests, such as cutting acrylic in a closed room, the purifier removed all detectable odors, as verified by professional testers.
