xTool P3 Conveyor Track

The xTool P3 Conveyor Track is a 69 cm support track that extends the working length of your P3 setup when used with the intelligent conveyor feeder. Add one or more tracks to stabilize long sheets and stacked batches while the feeder automatically advances the material. Full-length rollers on the track maintain smooth feed and prevent slippage for consistent results. With the tracks, you can go well beyond the basic 1,500 mm clearance and support large-scale jobs.

What does it do?

The Conveyor Rail is an additional support element for the xTool P3 intelligent conveyor feeder. Each section measures 69 cm and can be added in series to support long materials as the feeder feeds them through the machine. This makes the P3 a practical tool for extra-long signage, furniture panels, and high-volume runs where stability over distance is crucial.

Stability you can see

The track uses full-length rollers, ensuring material flows forward without vibration. This continuous contact reduces the risk of misalignment and slippage, helping the camera-guided alignment and automatic feeding system perform optimally over long runs.

Scalability without a huge table

Right out of the box, the P3's suspended rail design allows you to process materials up to approximately 1,500 mm (60 in) without installing a separate support table. For longer jobs, adding conveyor rails allows you to extend the support "as long as you want" by linking the rails together.

Installation Tips

For even and consistent feeding, avoid large overhangs: if the unsupported portions on either side of the workpiece exceed approximately 300 mm, add guides. Adjust the spacing between the left and right guides according to the width of the material, ensuring uniform pressure and minimizing deformation.

Where it fits in

The conveyor track is specifically designed for the xTool P3 intelligent belt feeder. It doesn't change the machine's cutting specifications; it simply provides the support needed for long or heavy materials, allowing the feeder to move them cleanly over long distances. For larger jobs, additional tracks can be added to ensure support from start to finish.
