The xTool Auto Streamline Conveyor This automatic feeding system is designed to scale up production on desktop lasers. Thanks to the PU-reinforced sliding belt (a non-toxic and certified material), this solution allows for the processing of large quantities of parts in sequence, reducing manual intervention and maximizing efficiency: ideal for large-scale customization, mass-produced branding, objects, and just-in-time lines.

It can carry objects up to 10kg weight and handles materials with thickness up to 81.5mm on a generous working area of 500×220mm . The structure is entirely made of lightweight aluminum (weight 8.5kg, overall dimensions 1002×290×89mm), easily transportable but extremely stable. In combination with the dual AI cameras and the xTool Creative Space software, the machine recognizes shapes, performs automatic alignment and always guarantees perfectly positioned engravings on each piece, even on small objects or large photographs to be engraved/screen printed in series.

The conveyor belt is designed for minimal maintenance, while the fastening systems allow for maximum precision even with high-volume batch processing. It is compatible with the xTool F2 Ultra Dual/Single and F1 Ultra and is essential for those aiming to scale production while maintaining a compact footprint and the highest levels of automation and quality.
