The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 is a professional-grade device designed for drying and annealing filaments and 3D printing components. With a maximum temperature of 110°C, it effectively removes moisture from hygroscopic materials like nylon and polycarbonate, ensuring optimal print quality. Its annealing function improves the mechanical properties of printed components by relieving internal stresses, making it ideal for engineering applications.

Drying and annealing capacity

The FilaDryer E2's high-temperature drying capability ensures complete drying of even the most moisture-sensitive filaments, such as PA and PC. Its annealing function allows for heat treatment of printed parts, reducing residual stress and improving strength and stability. This dual functionality simplifies the post-processing workflow for engineering-grade materials.

Design and compatibility

Designed with a spacious compartment, the FilaDryer E2 can hold up to two 1kg spools or a single 3kg spool, supporting various filament sizes. Its compatibility with both 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameter filaments makes it versatile for a variety of printing configurations. The airtight and insulated design maintains a constant internal temperature and prevents moisture from entering, ensuring filaments remain in optimal condition.

User interface and security features
