With the Shredder 750's enhanced motor, you can shred up to 4 kg/hour, completing the 3D printing cycle with a compact, plug-and-play system.

What is the Felfil Bundle?

This bundle integrates three perfectly coordinated machines: the Felfil Shredder 750 shredder, the Felfil Evo extruder, and the Felfil Spooler+ automatic winder. Together, they allow you to convert plastic scraps or pellets into calibrated filament spools, reducing material costs and environmental impact.

Felfil Shredder 750

The Felfil Shredder 750 is a compact desktop shredder designed to handle engineering plastics and dense 3D prints, featuring steel blades and an automatic shredding cycle. The worm gear motor develops 36 Nm of torque at 33 rpm, allowing it to process up to 4 kg/hour and cut 100% infill printed parts up to 20 mm thick.

Felfil Evo – Filament Extruder

Felfil Evo is a single-screw extruder designed to work with even small batches of material (about 100 g), ideal for formulation testing, R&D, and on-demand recycling. The standard temperature reaches 250°C, with a version up to 300°C for more technical polymers, while extrusion speed is adjustable with diameter control via the Spooler.

Felfil Evo Key Features:

• Steel extrusion screw with conical profile (L/D ratio ~12.7) for better material compression
• Bronze nozzle with passive cooling, available for diameters 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm
• Max temperature 250°C (optional 300°C), suitable for PLA, ABS, PETG and many other polymers
• Typical extrusion speeds of approximately 1.15–1.2 m/min (depends on material)

Felfil Spooler+ – Winder with diameter control

Felfil Spooler+ automatically collects extruded filament on a spool, measuring its diameter in real time and adjusting the traction to maintain the desired tolerance. The system uses a high-precision optical sensor (up to 10 microns) and soft polyurethane rollers to prevent filament crushing.

Spooler+ main functions:

• Diameter range: approx. 0.5 mm – 3 mm
• Measuring sensor with 10 µm resolution for automatic calibration
• Dedicated fan array for controlled cooling of the filament during winding
