Assortment box of threaded inserts

M2+M3+M4+M5 thread inserts for your 3D printing parts. Ruthex thread nuts can subsequently be inserted into parts of 3D printers, for example, Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through hole.

Firm hold with ease of use

Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it remains securely in the molded part. The knurled nuts in the opposite spiral shape ensure a high balanced tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide made insertion much easier.

Stable and durable threads

Internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. Reusability of the screw threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the molded part when they are no longer needed.

Suitable for various plastics

The inserts are designed for all thermoplastic materials. Knurled nuts hold for example PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. As soon as the plastic part around the brass bush cools and hardens again, the internally threaded bush is firmly anchored.

Ruthex thread insert box consists of 70 pieces RX-M2x4 + 100 pieces RX-M3x5.7 + 50 pieces RX-M4x8.1 + 50 pieces RX-M5x9.5 press nuts with internal thread M2, M3, M4 and M5. The threaded inserts are delivered in a practical assortment box. Threaded sleeves can be inserted by ultrasonication and hot embedding.
