Raise3D DF2, a DLP printer for producing high-resolution, uniform, repeatable parts in small volumes, thanks to its precise and reliable Z-axis lifting system, efficient material management, heated chamber, high-quality optical system, advanced Anti-Aliasing technology, and Air-Peel technology for quick and easy layer separation.

Smart build platform with RFID

RFID technology automatically stores and reads the relevant parameters for the entire printing, washing, and curing workflow, and is easy to assemble and disassemble, reducing the need for tedious manual operations.

10.25-inch Raise Touch screen

The Raise3D DF2 printer features a high-performance touchscreen for an improved user experience: Magic Layout : allows you to easily adjust the print layout and duplicate prints. Automatic pre-print inspection : checks all operating conditions, including resin type, build platform installation, feeding station installation, resin margin, etc.

Consistent printing

Z-axis with high load capacity: maximum load capacity of 200 kg for the Z-axis. It has no misaligned layers and features high motion precision, ensuring stability when printing large parts and during prolonged use.

Air-Peel technology: the Air-Peel design between the bottom of the resin vat and the highly transparent glass reduces the force from 50 to 10 kilograms, effectively separating each layer and ensuring a successful print.

Co-branded resins with third-party resin manufacturers

Raise3D has partnered with third-party resin manufacturers, such as BASF and Henkel, to develop co-branded resins, including LOCTITE 3D IND405™, LOCTITE 3D PRO476™, Ultracur3D® RG 3280, and Ultracur3D® RG 1100 B. This collaboration makes these resins the ideal choice for applications ranging from prototyping to complex engineering projects.
