The Raise3D DF Wash machine is a washing device designed as part of the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing solution. The DF Wash machine is compatible with the DF2 resin printer and offers a smart, integrated washing solution for 3D-printed resin components. Once cleaned, the components must undergo post-curing in the DF Cure machine.

DF Wash

Thanks to the RFID tag system, DF Wash can apply the most suitable washing settings for each material. DF Wash stands out for its efficient fluid management, automatic cleaning and waste disposal, and extremely simple maintenance.

DF Wash performs a thorough cleaning thanks to two turbines, a hand-washing simulation, and a dual-fan air drying system. The device has a 14-liter tank, a maximum washing volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm, and is compatible with solvents such as IPA alcohol, water, or TPM solvent. DF Wash is equipped with an electric siphon pump, a washing basket, a waste disposal system, and a hydrometer.
