The resin GR-21 Try-In Pro3dure is a photopolymerizable resin based on Bisphenol-A-dimethacrylate alkoxylate, initiators, stabilizers and colorants , specifically formulated for the generative production of individualized dental functional tests (functional try-ins). Tested for biocompatibility , meets both the application and mechanical requirements expected for this type of application. The formulation is optimized for a robust production process with consistently high quality, compatible with image projection systems (DLP/LCD/SLA ≤405 nm).

GR-21 Try-In 3D Resin for Dental Functional Testing

There GR-21 Try-In It is designed to achieve mock-ups and functional tests of dental restorations before the final fabrication — allowing the dentist to verify aesthetics, occlusion, and functionality in the patient's mouth. A distinctive feature is the availability of mechanical data. both in green state (semi-flexible pre-curing) and post-curing , suitable for try-in workflows where the initial flexibility facilitates insertion. Layer from 50–100 μm , operating temperature 23–30°C .

Technical specifications

Instructions for use

1. Shake well the bottle before use
2. Bring to 23–30°C before use and keep it during printing
3. Pour carefully into the tub; remove bubbles with a clean spatula or recoater
4. Always keep a bottle in production to avoid temperature changes when refilling
5. Print (parameters: machine card)
6. Immediate post-treatment recommended; if not possible, leave the pieces immersed in the liquid resin
7. Cleaning with isopropanol ≥97%, approximately 5 min in an ultrasonic bath
8. Post-curing 10 min in protective atmosphere — CD-1 or CD-2 Pro3dure medical
9. Filtering recommended on a regular basis; let it rest 1 hour after filtering before use

Important

Never expose liquid resin to irradiation. Deviations from the described process may cause mechanical and chromatic variations of the material. Use only by specialized personnel for the purpose indicated.
