Description
The resins GR-13 series Pro3dure are 3D printing resins for the additive manufacturing of dental and orthodontic models ; the variant GR-13 It is indicated for the production of restorative dental models , while the variants GR-13.1 And GR-13.2 are optimized for the production of orthodontic models , with dimensional and opacity characteristics ideal for thermoforming and aligner applications.
Models produced with GR-13 resins can be used and finished according to normal dental laboratory processes.
The resins are available in the colors: Beige (GR-13), Matt cream-white (GR-13.1), Grey (GR-13.2).
COMPATIBLE WITH DLP/LCD/SLA 3D PRINTERS that emit light at ≤ 405 nm
3D resin GR-13 for dental models
3D resin GR-13 Pro3dure is a resin for generative manufacturing of restorative dental models based on image projection systems (≤ 405 nm). The GR-13 resin formulation is optimized for the demands of high-volume production, ensuring consistently high quality.
GR-13 resin meets all mechanical and application requirements for dental models. The material can be used for building processes with thick layers from 50 to 100 μm .

Instructions for use
The bottles of resin GR-13 / GR-13.1 / GR-13.2 must be Shake well before use .
Make sure the resin is at a temperature between 23°C and 30°C . If possible, always keep a bottle in the laboratory to avoid temperature differences during refilling.
Carefully pour the resin into the image projection unit's tray. Bubbles can be removed with a clean spatula or by gently moving the resin.
To adjust the construction parameters, consult the machine's technical data sheet.
Once the construction process is complete, direct post-treatment is recommended; if this cannot be guaranteed, leave the produced pieces in the resin.
After the cleaning of parts with isopropanol ≥ 97% (about 4 minutes in an ultrasonic bath — pre-cleaning is recommended), the components are post-polymerized for 4 minutes in a suitable light curing unit, preferably in inert atmosphere .
Dental models produced with GR-13 model resin can be covered and repaired as usual.
Impurities due to operating errors cannot be ruled out. Given the viscosity of the resin, it is possible filter GR-13 resin. It is recommended to filter and stir the resin regularly. To avoid bubbles, let the resin rest for 1 hour before use .
Important
To avoid harmful effects on the quality of the material, never expose the liquid material to irradiation .
Deviations from the manufacturing process described may lead to different mechanical and optical properties of the GR-13 resin model.
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment during processing.
Caution : Cured resins are chemically resistant — avoid staining clothing!
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of running water; consult a doctor if necessary.
