PrimaSelect Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 filament is a high-temperature carbon fiber (15%) reinforced polyamide (PA). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low deformation and better layer bonding is optimized for industrial applications. Typical industries where it is commonly used are robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace and also widely in the field of functional prototypes and final parts. This particular engineering polymer is tailor-made for the 3D printing industry to meet the strength requirements of injection molding and by focusing on the mass production of end parts, the filament can be used on conventional FFF/FDM 3D printing systems without heated room.

Printer Tips

• Printer nozzle temperature: 260 - 290°C
• Heated bed temperature: 60 - 80°C
• Printing speed: 40 - 60 mm/s
• Bed adhesion: Magigoo PA on glass or PEI sheet
• Pre-drying recommendations: 100°C, 4 - 6 hours or 80°C, 12 hours
• We recommend using an adapted nozzle (>0.5 mm) for carbon-filled filaments

To get the best results when printing we recommend keeping the 3D printer in a room where there are almost no drafts and/or temperature changes. When the 3D printer is not in use it is important to store the filament in a bag and store it in a cool, dry and dark place until next use.
