Phrozen Resin EL400 is a flexible, rubber-like, highly elastic and tear-resistant elastomer, ideal for printing elastomer components and modifying standard manufacturing methods.

• medium hardness with high elasticity - Shore hardness 70-75A and elongation of 291%. The material offers the optimal combination of elasticity and toughness for printing production-quality elastomer prototypes
• tera-resistant - elastomeric prototypes printed with EL400 can withstand over 60,000 cycles without breaking. Test the performance of your prototype in real-world scenarios right from the early design phase
• great rebound resilience - has a higher rebound resilience than most resins on the market. Each printed elastomer will actually return to its original shape after deformation has begun
• ideal for printing elastomer components - lattice structures used in midsoles, saddles, cushioning, rubber-like prototypes: grips, gaskets and seals
