The MINGDA Raptor 800 is a large-format industrial 3D printer designed for the production of functional components, tools, molds, and large technical prototypes.

Its 800 × 800 × 800 mm print volume allows for the creation of large parts in a single process, reducing the need to split models and subsequently assemble multiple components.

The machine integrates a dual extrusion system with liftable print heads, hotends capable of reaching 500 °C, a heated bed up to 110 °C, and an actively heated chamber up to 80 °C. This configuration allows for processing technical materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and composites reinforced with carbon fiber or glass fiber.

Large Print Volume

The 800 × 800 × 800 mm work area allows for the production of large industrial components without having to split them into multiple parts.

Industrial Thermal Control

The actively heated chamber up to 80 °C maintains more uniform thermal conditions during printing.

Material Feeding and Drying

The machine supports two 3 kg spools and is designed for use with a dedicated material management cabinet.

The drying system up to 50 °C helps maintain the filament in controlled conditions, which is particularly important for hygroscopic materials such as PA, PC, and their composites.

RFID recognition facilitates the management and traceability of compatible materials.
