The maximum temperature of the base hotend can reach 250°C, supporting popular materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and more.

Thanks to its all-metal hotend and hardened steel tip capable of reaching 350°C, the MD-400D can reliably print with a wide range of engineering and composite filaments, including PET carbon fiber, PET glass fiber, Nylon carbon fiber, Nylon glass fiber, and more, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and surface quality of printed parts. There's no need to replace the hotend when switching between different types of materials. Additionally, the IDEX structure enables multi-color and multi-material printing with support filaments such as S-Multi, S-HtPA, PVA, and more.

Additionally, the MD-400D features a fast-heating aluminum alloy platform with a maximum temperature of 110°C.
