ABS-CF20 It's a high-performance 3D printing filament made of ABS reinforced with 20% chopped carbon fibers. This combination ensures remarkable stiffness, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability, surpassing traditional ABS in all applications where strength and durability are essential. The double-coated structure promotes high interlayer adhesion and a uniform surface, free of floating fibers, for clean, precise parts.
ABS-CF20 offers minimized warping and shrinkage, superior mechanical properties, and over a 40% increase in Z-axis strength compared to conventional reinforced materials. It is ideal for structural parts, functional prototypes, automotive components, electronics, and industrial elements subjected to stress and impact. The material maintains a low weight and retains the good insulating properties and chemical resistance typical of ABS.
Available in 1 kg spools with a diameter of 1.75 mm.
