The Mingda AD-F4 Pro is designed for businesses that want to print large components in one piece. The large build volume of 1200 × 800 × 100 mm allows you to produce signs, channel letters, displays, prototypes, molds, and industrial components without having to split models and assemble them later. This saves production time and reduces post-processing operations.

4-Color Printing with Automatic Material Change

The integrated 4-in-1 system manages up to four filaments simultaneously and switches them automatically during printing. This makes the AD-F4 Pro ideal for printing multi-color signs, logos, informational materials, and decorative models, where multiple colors need to be used without manually changing filaments.

High-Speed Production with Klipper

Klipper firmware optimizes printer movements and enables print speeds of up to 300 mm/s (with a 0.4 mm nozzle) and up to 150 mm/s with the pre-installed standard 0.6 mm nozzle. Combined with travel speeds of up to 500 mm/s on the X and Y axes, large models can be produced significantly faster than with conventional FDM printers.

Designed for Continuous Operation and Remote Monitoring

To minimize downtime, the AD-F4 Pro features automatic filament run-out detection, power-loss recovery, and automatic bed leveling via a gravity sensor. An integrated camera allows real-time remote monitoring of prints. Features like Input Shaper and PID calibration ensure consistent print quality even at high speeds.

Optimized for Signage Materials and Profiles

The high-temperature printhead reaches 350 °C and the heated bed goes up to 60 °C , making the machine optimized for common materials like PLA, PETG, and PDS. The tempered glass build plate offers an exceptionally flat and stable print surface for flawless first layers.
