Micro Swiss CM2 - RepRap nozzle (V6) 1.75
Micro Swiss CM2 Nozzle is an ideal nozzle for all applications. The nozzle core is made of high temperature copper chromium zirconium and electroless nickel plated. This special alloy maintains its strength at much higher temperatures than a normal copper alloy. The nozzle tip is made of hardened M2 high speed steel and coated with a special non-stick nano coating.
Nozzle Features:
- Body in copper chrome zirconium
- Electroless nickel plated
- M2 hardened high speed steel insert
- Electroless nickel plated
- Coated with WS2 nano non-stick coating.
- Friction coefficient: 0.035
- Heat treated hardness: 68 HRC
- Available orifice sizes: 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm
