This is an All Metal Drop-in Conversion Kit for the CR-10s Pro printers. It requires absolutely no modifications to your printer for installation. Our uniquely designed cooling block eliminates the need for a heat pipe. By not having a separate heat pipe inside the cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.
The thermal cut is made of grade 5 titanium alloy to provide excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the cooling block. Titanium is an extremely strong material and offers nearly 3 times lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating a more defined melting zone.
