CNC mechanics for hobby use with PVC structure, suitable for engraving printed circuits, wood, plastic and aluminium.

15 mm thick shoulders, useful working dimensions 200x180x60 mm, 240x190 mm work surface made of PVC, XYZ axes with 12 mm diameter ground bars and 12 mm recirculating ball sleeves, axes moved by threaded bars 8 mm complete with aluminum joint with connection for Ø5 mm motor shaft. Equipped with support for an electrospindle with a diameter of 52 mm (see related products), it is designed for mounting NEMA 17 stepper motors.

The package does not include: the CNC mechanics management software (any software such as MACH3, KCam, etc. can be used), the three stepper motors (2846-STEPMOT03), the control board (2846-SET3ASSI), the electrospindle (2846-ELEMANDER11) and the 24 Vdc 150 watt switching power supply, see among the related products.

To be able to install the profile in MACH3, download the profile, then copy the “3 ASSI 2018” folder into the “macros” folder where Mach3 was installed, while the “3 ASSI 2018.xml” file must be copied inside of the Mach3 root directory.
