MAGIGOO PRO HT - THE 3D PRINTING ADHESIVE

WHAT:

MAGIGOO HT is designed for professional use, to work at high printing temperatures. The part should be relatively easy to remove once cooled, and glue residue should also be easily removed.

WHY :

High-temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced technical thermoplastics that offer better mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures than regular thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem, and PPSU and their carbon/glass fiber reinforced counterparts. Because of their high temperature and other exceptional properties, these materials are highly sought after in high-temperature, high-performance engineering applications, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries. Furthermore, these materials are also sought after in chemical, petrochemical, medical and research applications. High-temperature filaments prove to be difficult materials for FDM printing due to their greater tendency to warp. These materials are typically printed at elevated temperatures due to their high-temperature properties. MAGIGOO HT is a specialized solution for FDM printing of PEEK filaments developed to operate at high printing temperatures.

AS :

MAGIGOO HT has been designed and tested to operate with a build bed temperature of 150°C or lower.

• Shake the bottle.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip into the bed (activating the internal valve) and distributing as needed.
• Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations
• Leave to cool and remove. The print should come off immediately
• Clean : Use a damp cloth to clean.

SAFETY :

Using this product with filaments other than PEEK may cause excessive adhesion and damage the build surface. Follow the instructions in the data sheet for best results.

Suggestions :

For larger prints a 20mm brim is recommended
