Loctite 3D Cleaner C - 1kg

LOCTITE 3D Cleaner C is used for cleaning Digital Light Processing (DLP) printed parts. It is non-flammable at room temperature and is not harmful. LOCTITE 3D Cleaner C can be used at elevated temperatures up to 50 °C to adjust cleaning performance.

Characteristics :

• Cleans the impossible parts
• Effectively solubilizes 3D printing resins

• Will not damage green or hardened resins if used as recommended

Cleaner C

LOCTITE 3D Printing Cleaner C is a non-flammable cleaner at room temperature (flammable category 4) designed for the post-process cleaning of SLA/DLP printed parts.

Instructions for Use:

• Provide adequate ventilation and use personal safety devices
• Use at 20°C to 50°C
• Immerse for 2 to 4 minute intervals (typical) with adequate mixing.
• Rinse with clean DI water for 1-2 minutes with agitation, optionally rinse with IPA if indicated on the material data sheet
• Allow adequate drying time before UV curing (typically 60 minutes at 20°C - 25°C)
• Cleaning time varies depending on resin type, temperature, agitation, and complexity of the part.
• To obtain the properties indicated in the TDS, validated workflows must be followed.
