Kexcelled THE K12™ PEI 9085 is a high-performance PEI filament developed for advanced industrial 3D printing, where high heat resistance, stiffness, and reliability are required under demanding conditions.
The material is ideal for technical components, functional prototypes, and end-use parts that need to maintain dimensional stability and high performance even under mechanical and thermal stress.
With a tensile strength of 70–75 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of 4000–4500 MPa, PEI 9085 offers an excellent balance of strength, stiffness, and workability in professional applications.
The density of 1.28 g/cm3 allows for solid and precise components, suitable for applications where lightness, strength, and structural quality are important.

K12™ PEI 9085 is naturally flame retardant, chemically resistant, and designed to replace lower-performing materials in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics.
For best results, it requires professional high-temperature printers with an enclosed chamber and precise process control.
