Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK GF10 is a glass fiber reinforced PEEK filament developed for industrial 3D printing in applications requiring high rigidity, mechanical strength, and superior dimensional stability.
The 10% glass fiber content significantly increases stiffness compared to pure PEEK, making the material suitable for technical components subjected to high loads, heat, and chemical stress.

With a tensile strength of 80–85 MPa and an elastic modulus of 7000–7500 MPa, this material offers extremely stable performance even under demanding operating conditions.
With a density of 1.28 g/cm3, this material helps achieve very compact and solid parts, ideal for applications requiring precision, sealing, and long-term reliability.

THE K11™ PEEK GF10 is particularly suitable for industrial components, functional prototypes, tools, jigs, fixtures, and end parts exposed to high temperatures or harsh chemical environments.
To achieve optimal performance, professional high-temperature printers with an enclosed chamber and controlled printing environment are required.
