Notes
- Currently, the Ring Remote is only compatible with the Insta360 GO Ultra, Insta360 X5, and Insta360 Ace Pro 2. Check the Insta360 website for future compatibility updates.
- When wearing your Ring Remote, make sure the strap is comfortable but snug enough not to accidentally slip off.
- This product should be used at temperatures between -2°C and 45°C with humidity between 0 and 75%.
- Low temperatures below -2°C may cause the Ring Remote's warning vibrations to temporarily stop. Normal operation will resume once the temperature returns.
- This product is only splash-proof. If it gets wet, dry it as soon as possible.
- Make sure the USB-C port is completely dry. If it gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid high heat sources when drying and do not use a hairdryer, to avoid the Velcro losing its adhesion or the straps becoming deformed.
- Avoid dropping, hitting, or placing heavy objects on the product to avoid damaging it.
- Do not disassemble the product or attempt any DIY modifications for any reason.
- If the product is left unused for a long period (e.g., two months or more), the battery may completely discharge. To prevent this from happening, charge it and turn it on periodically.
- Do not clean the Ring Remote or charging points with chemicals or liquid detergents, as they may cause corrosion or rust. If you need to clean them, use a soft, dry cloth.
