The HeyGears UltraPrint Production PAF10 resin is an engineering-grade flexible material designed for final production applications. Developed to simulate the elastomeric properties and durability of flexible PVC and high Shore hardness rubbers, PAF10 ensures high tear resistance and rapid elastic recovery. It is the ideal choice for producing parts that are foldable, compressible, and capable of absorbing impacts without suffering from structural fatigue.
Main Features
- PVC-Style Flexibility and Resilience: Offers excellent elastic elongation and rapid recovery to original shape. Components can deform under pressure and return to position repeatedly without permanent deformation.
- Tear and Puncture Resistance: Formulated to withstand high tensile stress and continuous bending, preventing tearing at stress points, joints, or mounting holes.
- Vibration Damping and Impact Absorption: Effectively absorbs impact energy and dampens mechanical vibrations, making it ideal for protective covers and anti-vibration mounts.
- Non-Tacky Tactile Finish: Produces smooth, pleasant-to-the-touch surfaces with a comfortable grip, suitable for direct skin contact for wearables and ergonomic handles.
- Variants and Transparency: Available in Volcanic Gray (ideal for figurines, miniatures, and details defined up to 0.08 mm without visible layer lines) and Clear (highly transparent, non-yellowing over time, and with 82% light transmittance).

Composition and Safety Information
- Main Chemical Composition: Urethane acrylate resin (45-85%), 4-(1-oxo-2-propenyl)morpholine (5-35%).
- Hazard Statements (SDS): Harmful if swallowed (H302), causes skin irritation (H315), may cause an allergic skin reaction (H317), causes serious eye irritation (H319), may cause respiratory irritation (H335).
- Precautions for Use: Wear protective rubber/nitrile gloves and safety goggles. Work in a suitably ventilated area. Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
