FLUX Beam Air Pro is the industrial-grade air purification system designed for high-intensity laser processing and large-format machines like Beambox, Beambox Pro, and HEXA. Compared to the standard model, the Pro version pushes performance to the limit thanks to an advanced 3-stage filtration system with a U16-grade ULPA filter and extraordinary efficiency of 99.99995% on microparticles as small as 0.1 µm.

Equipped with intelligent Active Volume Control, multi-colored status LEDs, filter wear monitoring, and a three-level soundproofing system (Tranquil Trio), the Beam Air Pro ensures maximum fume extraction and complete elimination of odors and VOCs, keeping the air in workshops, schools, and offices absolutely pure.

• Industrial ULPA U16 Filtration (99.99995%): Reaches laboratory-grade standards by capturing microscopic particles as small as 0.1–0.2 µm, thanks to the final barrier combined with 9 kg of activated carbon and a U16 ULPA filter.
• Active Volume Control and Smart Dashboard: The system constantly monitors filter status via FLUX software and automatically adjusts suction power to compensate for clogging and ensure peak performance at all times.
• "Tranquil Trio" Soundproofing System: Designed with internal sound-absorbing sponges and shielded exhaust ducts to minimize operating noise (<80 dB) even at very high pressure.
• LED Status Indicator: Intelligent visual interface (Yellow = filter replacement, Red = malfunction, Blue = firmware update) for immediate diagnostics directly on the machine.

Pro Filtration System Architecture (3 Stages)

1. Fiberglass Pre-Filter (10 mm thickness): Blocks larger residues (wood tar, MDF, and acrylic dust). Estimated lifespan: 4 – 13 working hours.
2. HEPA H13 Intermediate Filter (6 m² surface area): Retains fine dust (PM2.5 and PM10) and micro-particles as small as 0.3 microns. Estimated lifespan: 32 – 100 working hours.
3. Advanced Combined Filter (9 kg Activated Carbon + 6 m² U16 ULPA): Captures toxic vapors, formaldehyde, TVOCs, and persistent odors, blocking 99.99995% of ultra-fine particles down to 0.1 microns. Estimated lifespan: 250 – 800 working hours.
