FLUX Beam Air is a compact air purification and filtration system designed to effectively eliminate fumes, fine dust, and unpleasant odors generated during laser cutting and engraving operations. Thanks to its 4-stage advanced filtration architecture and powerful brushless (BLDC) motor, it ensures a clean, safe working environment free from harmful emissions, making it the ideal laser accessory for laboratories, offices, schools, and maker spaces.

Equipped with automatic power on/off synchronized with FLUX laser cutters via USB cable, Beam Air also integrates manual airflow regulation and an ultra-compact, wheeled design for easy positioning under or next to your workbench.

Key Features

• 4-Stage Filtration System (99.97% Efficiency): Captures micro-particles down to 0.3 µm and effectively eliminates VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and bad odors arising from wood, acrylic, leather, and MDF processing.
• Automatic Synchronization (Plug & Play): USB-B cable connection to FLUX engravers allows for automatic startup at the beginning of the job and delayed shutdown at the end of the process to fully clear the workspace.
• Adjustable Airflow: The front dial allows you to set the suction speed based on the material being processed, optimizing the noise level in the workspace.
• High-Efficiency Brushless Motor: Guarantees longevity, reduced energy consumption (180 W), and high air throughput of up to 350 CFM.
• Compact Wheeled Design: Small footprint for easy placement under a desk and swivel casters for effortless mobility.
• Universal Compatibility: Equipped with a standard 100 mm (10 cm) intake interface, compatible with the FLUX range (beamo, Beambox, Beambox Pro, Ador) and any third-party laser engraver equipped with a similar exhaust hose.

Filtration System Architecture (4 Levels)

1. Pre-Filter (4 pieces included): Traps larger residues and flat particles to extend the life of the internal filters. Estimated life: 10 – 30 hours.
2. Medium-Efficiency Filter: Blocks medium-sized dust particles that bypass the initial barrier. Estimated life: 50 – 150 hours.
3. HEPA H13 Filter: Recognized by industrial standards, it captures 99.97% of microscopic particles down to 0.3 microns. Estimated life: 100 – 200 hours.
4. Activated Carbon Filter: Neutralizes gases, chemical vapors, and bad odors generated by cutting organic materials and plastics. Estimated life: 300 – 600 hours.
