Amazing glossy effect with exceptional color variations
Spectrum PLA Rainbow is a unique 3D printing filament based on SILK PLA, which uses concentrated dyes that provide a satin finish. The most distinctive feature of Rainbow PLA filament is its color transitions. Thanks to its exclusive manufacturing technology, this filament offers smooth color changes during the printing process. This effect gives your prints a unique character and aesthetic.
Spectrum PLA Rainbow filament is characterized by excellent precision and print stability. It's perfect for creating decorative elements, prototypes, models, and all kinds of projects where aesthetics play a key role. You can use it to print decorative details, jewelry, gadgets, or even artistic elements.
Spectrum PLA Rainbow filament is compatible with most popular 3D printers, making it easy to integrate with your existing printing system. This will take your projects to a whole new level, delighting you not only with print precision but also with a stunning color effect that will set them apart from the rest.
Main features:
• unique aesthetic properties
• color that varies regularly along the entire length of the filament
• reduced visibility of layers on the side surfaces of printed objects
• satin sheen across the entire surface of printed objects
• maintenance of all the mechanical resistance parameters of standard PLA
• easy to use
• no shrinkage after cooling
Applications:
• decorative art
• interior design
• educational projects
• concept and demonstration prototyping of finished and semi-finished products designed
Packaging
The filament is wound on a clear, neat spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packaged in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, sealed with protective film.
CHECK YOUR COIL : the most precise quality control system on the market
3D printer filament is produced using the free-flow extrusion method, which is one of the most challenging extrusion processing techniques due to the particularly significant impact of process parameters on product size and material homogenization.
During production, every mm of Spectrum filament is continuously measured on two axes with an accuracy of ±0.8 µm, ensuring a high-quality final product. To demonstrate this, Spectrum Filaments, one of the few manufacturers in the world, has introduced the option to submit data for each spool produced online:
• the trend of the diameter along the entire length of the coil,
• average diameter,
• ovalization,
• standard deviation.
