The filament Siraya Tech PPA-CF Core It represents a new frontier in engineering applications thanks to its innovative core-shell technology: a structure in which the filament core contains 25% carbon fiber, while the outer layer (shell) is composed of pure PPA (polyphthalamide). This architecture ensures unrivaled mechanical and thermal properties, maximum stiffness and strength with reduced nozzle wear, and excellent adhesion between layers, making it ideal for technical components and parts subjected to high stress.

PPA-CF Core is ideal for the production of automotive and aerospace parts, industrial tools and fixtures, electronics enclosures, structural elements, and professional prototypes. It stands out for its high heat resistance (Vicat 238°C, HDT up to 199°C after annealing), low moisture absorption, and precise formability on latest-generation FDM printers with all-metal hotends. The outer shell protects against abrasion, reducing printer maintenance even in intensive production.
