The filament Siraya Tech PPA (Polyphthalamide) is the ideal material for those seeking maximum strength, precision, and dimensional stability even in the most extreme conditions. This high-temperature nylon was designed for engineering applications requiring chemical and thermal resistance, low warpage, and excellent mechanical performance.

PPA It offers exceptional tensile strength (72MPa), high stiffness, excellent flexural strength (115MPa), and an extremely abrasion-resistant surface thanks to its low coefficient of friction and self-lubricating ability. Its low moisture absorption makes it much more stable than all traditional PA6 and PA66: it is ideal for moving parts, gears, bearings, industrial fasteners, plates, electronic housings, and automotive and aerospace components.

It is compatible with most professional FDM printers equipped with an all-metal extruder and guarantees excellent results even for objects with complex details or difficult geometries, thanks to its reduced propensity for warping and shrinking compared to classic nylon.
