Fiberon™ PETG-ESD

Polymaker Fiberon PETG ESD is a high-performance technical filament developed for industrial applications requiring protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Made with a modified PETG matrix, it is enriched with conductive additives that give the material a controlled surface resistivity while maintaining reliable printing and high mechanical properties.

Ideal for the production of electronic components, fixtures for ESD-safe environments, sensitive device enclosures and test equipment, this material offers an optimal balance of stiffness, impact resistance and thermal stability.

Main features:

• Surface resistivity: 10⁵ to 10⁷ Ω (depending on print orientation and nozzle temperature)
• Electrostatic discharge resistance (ESD-safe)
• High rigidity and dimensional stability
• Excellent impact resistance (up to 29.3 kJ/m²)
• Good interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage
• Suitable for industrial environments and electronic applications

• Heated bed temperature: 70–80 °C
• Cooling fan: OFF
• Printing speed: up to 500 mm/s
• Drying temperature: 65°C for 3 hours
