Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is the best choice for printing functional models that require high stiffness and continued resistance to high temperatures and chemicals.
Low shrinkage and high strength combined with the benefits of carbon fibers
Polyamide 6 is one of the strongest materials used in desktop 3D printing technology. It combines mechanical strength, stiffness, vibration damping and abrasion resistance unmatched by any other filament. To its wide range of properties, it can add chemical resistance and the ability to operate continuously at high temperatures.
With the introduction of the heat-stabilized, carbon-filled Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S composite material, we set out to raise the bar for nylon filaments even further. Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a true specialist for heavy-duty applications. The “LowWarp” model features an additional blend content designed to improve flow during extrusion of the material, thus improving particle adhesion. With the use of 15% carbon fibers, stiffness increases by more than two times and tensile strength improves (up to 120 MPa). In addition, Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S has a thermal resistance HDT (tensile temperature) of over 180 °C (0.45 MPa), compared to the unfilled version. The fiber content reduces shrinkage, common in most high-temperature materials, greatly simplifying the printing process and giving prints an aesthetically pleasing, carbon-like appearance.
Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is the best choice for printing functional models that require high stiffness and continuous resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. It can be easily used in the automotive, aerospace and model making industries.

Packaging
The filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packaged in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, wrapped in film.
