Spectrum PA6 GK10 Filament

High temperature polyamide filled with glass microspheres

Spectrum PA6 GK10 filament is a natural-colored, high-temperature PA6-based construction material. Filled with hollow glass beads, it is stiffer and lighter than standard polyamide. Its distinctive properties include low moisture impact, high temperature resistance, good electrical insulation, and low linear shrinkage (0.3–0.5%).

Compared to the carbon fiber (CF) version, it offers similar thermal properties while being an electrical insulator, is not abrasive to nozzles and is significantly lighter, reducing the weight of the final part.

To preserve the material's properties, store it in a dry, dark place with humidity below 15%. It is recommended to dry the filament before printing.

• High temperature up to 120°C for long-term use (20,000 hours)
• Thermal deformation temperature HDT A: 90°C (ISO 75)
• Water absorption less than 0.3% (23°C / 24h)
• High creep resistance, hardness and rigidity
• Chemical resistance to lubricants and oils
• Robust interlayer lamination and high impact resistance
• Good resistance to thermal aging

• End-use parts, tooling, and functional prototyping
• Industrial modeling
• Plain bearings, gear wheels, racks, gears and guide rollers at elevated temperatures
• Ring and plate gaskets with improved chemical and corrosion resistance

Packaging

Filament wound on a transparent PC spool, packed in a vacuum-sealed aluminum zip-lock bag with silica gel.
