Felfil Spooler+ is the automatic winder designed to complete your extrusion system: it calibrates the filament diameter in real time and winds it neatly into a spool, ready for use on your 3D printers. Thanks to the high-precision optical sensor (10 microns) and automatic speed regulation, it ensures consistent filament and reduces waste and printing problems.

Product Description

Place the Felfil Spooler+ next to your extruder (Felfil Evo or other), insert the filament through the guide system, and let the winder do the rest: the stepper motor and distribution system move the filament along the spool, ensuring uniform, tangle-free winding. The diameter sensor constantly measures the filament, and the electronic control adjusts the puller speed to keep the diameter within the set tolerance, so you can focus on extrusion parameters rather than collection.

Felfil Spooler+ offers presets for PLA, PETG, and ABS, but can also work in manual mode with experimental materials like TPU, PA, PP, HDPE, TPE, and other engineering plastics, making it ideal for research and development projects or for users who want to create custom blends. The design allows for the use of virtually any standard spool up to 1 kg, with adjustable dispensing stroke and friction that prevents filament crushing, even at high extrusion speeds.

The system includes an array of adjustable fans that cool the filament before measuring, improving dimensional stability and reducing ovality.
