- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 10 kg of the detection pole.

- Do not bend or stress the sensing rod when it is extended: a bent sensing rod will reduce the accuracy of measurements.

- Do not expose the survey pole to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time.

- Keep the detection pole away from power sources and do not use it during a thunderstorm, as it may conduct electricity.

- Use caution when handling the tip of the survey pole.

- Be careful of your fingers when closing the snap locks and handling the controller holder.

- After taking the reading in the rain, dry the snap locks with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth.

- After taking measurements in dusty or sandy environments, clean the snap locks with compressed air.
