Equipped with a Klipper motherboard and a quad-core ARM 64-bit 1.5Ghz processor for faster processing and command execution, Neptune 4 Pro can print at up to 500mm/s, allowing you to complete your print projects quickly and efficiently. With our Klipper firmware pre-installed, you can start printing right away without the hassle of firmware installation.

Additionally, it supports input shaping, which helps eliminate artifacts and resonances on the model surface, and pressure feed, which helps predict nozzle pressure for more accurate and uniform extrusion and reduced filament clumps and filament smearing.

Powerful extrusion and improved hotend

Another key feature of the printer is the dual-gear direct-drive extruder, which ensures smooth and even extrusion, while weighing only 75% of the weight of the Neptune 3 Pro.

The 5.2:1 reduction ratio and dual-gear design ensure a firm grip on the filament and prevent flexible filament from slipping and grinding. The bimetallic copper-titanium throat tube features a unique air duct design for faster throat tube heat dissipation and less nozzle clogging.

The 300°C high-temperature nozzle features an extended hotend design to fully melt filament, allowing you to explore a wider range of materials, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and high-temperature filaments like nylon.

(Tips: It is recommended to use ABS and ASA filament materials together with a 3D printer enclosure.)

Unmatched heat dissipation performance

In addition to the two thickened 4015 ball-bearing cooling fans on both sides of the print head, there are four auxiliary 4020 ball-bearing fans behind the print head, ensuring rapid, omnidirectional cooling of freshly printed layers even at high printing speeds, while the deposited hot filament bonds quickly for better overhang and bridging results.

Stable and silent printing

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer is designed for quiet and precise printing with its silent drivers for all axes, reducing noise to less than 50 dB. Its wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels move quietly, smoothly, and precisely.

The Z-axis double lead screw and Z-axis double motor design ensures better synchronization, increasing the precision and stability of print head movement.

Smoother model surface

Support for advanced features such as input shaping and pressure feed helps achieve a smooth model surface and uniform extrusion.

Intelligent segmented heated floor

With an output power of 100W + 150W, the slicing software automatically recognizes the size of the model during operation and activates the peripheral heating zone if the size of the model exceeds the central heating zone (120mm x 120mm).

For more precise temperature control, you can manually turn the two partitions on and off.
