EASYPRINT CARBON PLA - 1.75MM - 1 KG - BLACK

EasyPrint Carbon is a new type of high-performance filament for your 3D printer. Natural PLA is reinforced with carbon fiber. This results in a very rigid filament with high impact resistance. EasyPrint Carbon has many applications, such as drone and RC parts, automotive parts, and any application where a stiff, rigid filament is needed. Due to the abrasive nature of this filament, we highly recommend a 0.6mm nozzle made of hardened steel or similar.

Unique properties

EasyPrint CARBON is a very useful material that has very unique material properties. Blended with small cut strands of carbon fiber, EasyPrint CARBON filament offers incredible stiffness, structure and excellent adhesion between layers. Since the risk of deformation is very low, EasyPrint Carbon is very easy to 3D print and has a matte finish after 3D printing. Finished 3D prints are very rigid and useful if you need objects with a good stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Easy to use

EasyPrint Carbon does not require a heated print bed for processing. If your 3D printer has one, set it to 35-60˚C to get really good adhesion of the first layer to the print bed surface. Due to the abrasive nature of EasyPrint Carbon, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle or similar for this filament. Using a regular brass nozzle is not a problem, but it will wear out the nozzle in a short time.

Optimal adhesion to the build platform

EasyPrint Carbon attaches to BuildTak, glass plate with glue stick, 3DLac, PrimaFIX or Magigoo.
