DJI Care Refresh (DJI Action 2) 1 Year Plan

DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements with an additional cost of 19 euros for the first and 32 euros for the second.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated if the mobile device has been activated for no more than 30 days.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• New and unactivated product;
• Portable device activated for no more than 30 days.

Currently, the DJI Care Refresh (2 Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be emailed to you along with instructions to activate it and pair it with the reference DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and its product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For each replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
